Amritsar, April 24th

Punjab BJP leader Sunil Jakhar, along with state in-charge and former Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani, interacted with party officials in the city today. Speaking on the occasion, Jakhar said, “The people of Punjab feel cheated after the 2022 elections as the promises made by Aam Aadmi remain unfulfilled.”

To a question regarding former MP Vijay Sampla, Jakhar said he expressed his feelings as he is the ticket claimant. The BJP leader claimed that Sampra is still in the party and working for the victory of the party candidates.

Commenting on Priyanka Gandhi’s statement that demonetization has forced women to sell their gold, Jakhar said, “Today, the people of that country are in a position to compete economically with world powers.” You should know that.” Our country is progressing under the current Bharatiya Janata Party rule. ”

Jakhar said, “The people of Punjab are tired of false promises made by the Congress, AAP, SAD and other political parties. They want to give a chance to the Bharatiya Janata Party as they can fulfill the aspirations of the people.” He seems to be thinking that.”
