All these trains will not run on Tuesday as well, officials said.

Even on Wednesday, the Amritsar-Chandigarh Express (flight 12242) and Chandigarh-Firozpur Kant-Sutlej Express (flight 14629) will remain suspended.

These trains with low occupancy were canceled in order to divert long-distance trains with high occupancy amid the railway blockade between Ambala and Thirnewal near the Shambhu border.
